You include the software for your customer at no charge. It is a bonus on the relationship, not a second invoice from us. The business price of that register is£20 a month. You are giving that value, not reselling it.

The split
Software is the customer’s bonus. Labour is yours.
The visit, at your rate
You charge the customer separately for the physical PAT work, at whatever rate you set. On Drafter takes no cut of that labour, and no percentage of the call-out.
The zone is exclusive
Postcode territories are not shared. When work is registered, the handset location is checked by GPS against the zone you hold. Work outside it is refused.
Platform fee
The fee ratchets with the book, not with your labour.
You pay a monthly platform fee based on how many businesses are registered to you. It steps up as the book grows. It is not a share of what you invoice for testing.

Enforcement
Exclusive postcodes. GPS when the job is registered.
A territory is a set of postcodes, held by one franchisee. When you register work, location is checked against that set. If the handset is outside the zone, the job does not go on under your name.
The check is there so a territory means something. It is not a suggestion, and it is not shared with a neighbouring franchisee.
If the fee stops
The login ends. The tags do not go blank.
The register has to keep opening for the appliance, whether or not a particular franchisee is still paying. These are the consequences, in order.
You lose the login
Access to the platform ends when the platform fee stops.
The tags still open
They open to On Drafter. The appliance record does not disappear.
Your name comes off
You are no longer written on the record as the franchisee for that work.
The next retest writes the next name
When the appliance is tested again, the incoming franchisee is written on.
Data
On Drafter is the controller, and the owner of the data.
When the stickers and the system are used, On Drafter Limited is the data controller and the owner of the register data. That does not change because a franchisee collected the test, and it does not change because a franchisee has stopped paying.
